Incoloy alloys are usually composed of nickel (30–45%), iron (balance), chromium (15–25%), along with molybdenum, copper, titanium, and aluminum additions based on grade. Tensile strength ranges from 550–850 MPa, with yield strength approximately 250–550 MPa and elongation up to 40%. They exhibit high resistance to carburization and oxidation at high temperatures. Density is approximately 8 g/cm³. They retain mechanical stability both under high stress and corrosive environments, suitable for welded or machined constructions.
