Incoloy 925 has ~42% nickel, ~22% chromium, ~20% iron, 2.5–3.5% molybdenum, 1.5–3.5% copper, and titanium (~1.9–2.4%) for precipitation hardening. Tensile strength is ~700–850 MPa, yield strength ~450–650 MPa, and elongation is about 25–30%. It possesses excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion. Density is ~8.14 g/cm³. The alloy maintains high strength at high temperatures and high pressures.
