Chung Metal Manufacturer & Suppliers in Da Nang, Vietnam, provides high-quality Nickel Alloy Bars and Rods that are suitable for industries requiring high corrosion resistance, thermal stability, and mechanical performance. These bars are manufactured with better melting and shaping techniques to render strength under challenging environmental conditions. Our nickel alloy rods are perfect for use in marine, chemical, and aerospace sectors. Coming in different grades and sizes, they meet international specifications and standards. With their good formability and weldability, Chung Metal’s nickel alloy products sustain complex industrial operations with reliable supply and consistent quality throughout Vietnam and overseas markets.
Nickel alloy bars are made of primarily nickel (60–99%), with the addition of elements such as chromium, iron, molybdenum, copper, and titanium for added properties. Mechanical properties differ by grade: tensile strength generally ranges from 400 to 900 MPa, yield strength from 150 to 600 MPa, and elongation as high as 50%. Nickel alloys have very good toughness, fatigue strength, and oxidation and corrosion resistance. They can retain structural integrity at very wide temperature ranges. Density is generally between 8.4 and 8.9 g/cm³, depending on the treatment conditions and the alloy composition.

Yes, Nickel Alloy Rods can be customized in size and length to meet specific requirements. Customization options include various diameters and lengths based on customer needs.
Yes, Nickel Alloy Bars are highly corrosion-resistant, especially in harsh environments like acids and seawater. They offer excellent protection against oxidation, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking.
Nickel Alloy Bars are known for their exceptional corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and excellent mechanical properties. They also offer good weldability, fatigue resistance, and durability in extreme conditions.
Nickel alloy rods and bars are largely utilized in industries where there is a need for outstanding resistance to aggressive media. Uses are such as heat exchangers, condenser tubing, chemical process vessels, nuclear reactor components, aerospace hardware, marine hardware, and offshore platforms. Their resistance to being worn out under extreme temperatures recommends them for jet engine applications, exhaust systems, and gas turbines. Furthermore, nickel alloys find applications in electronics, battery packs, and precision instruments because of their high conductivity and corrosion resistance. In structural applications, they sustain mechanical systems that are subjected to pressure, seawater, or chemicals, providing long life and low maintenance.
