Chung Metal offers Incoloy 800HT Forgings, a higher-grade version of 800H with more stringent control over aluminum and titanium addition to enhance creep-rupture properties, especially at very high-temperature service. Forged 800HT parts are made to provide better stability under load, especially in thick sections facing long-term exposure to high temperatures. The company’s forging, heat treatment, and finishing operations guarantee uniform metallurgical quality and mechanical performance.
Composition close to 800H: ~30‑35% nickel, ~19‑23% chromium, balance iron, carbon ~0.06‑0.10%, aluminum + titanium combined content greater than 800H (e.g., 0.85‑1.20%) to raise strength. Tensile strength typically as good or slightly better than 800H for heavy or high‑temperature service, yield strength enhanced, elongation adequate (~30‑40%). Good creep strength at high temperatures (600‑925 °C). Maintains good corrosion and oxidation resistance.
