What is Copper C10100 Bars and Rods

C10100 Copper contains ≥99.99% copper with extremely low oxygen levels (usually ≤0.0005%), which provides maximum conductivity. It provides an electrical conductivity of 101% IACS and thermal conductivity of approximately 390 W/m·K. Tensile strength between 220–260 MPa, yield strength approximately 60–80 MPa, and elongation between 45–60%, depending on size and temper, when in the annealed condition. It is very ductile, non-magnetic, and easily cold worked, so it can be fabricated into intricate shapes without compromising mechanical integrity or performance.
