Chung Metal produces Copper C10930 Rods and Bars for uses requiring greater mechanical strength and reasonable thermal performance. C10930 is a phosphorus-deoxidized copper with ideal phosphorus content for strength without loss of conductivity. Our C10930 products are appropriate for general-purpose mechanical, thermal, and moderate electric uses.
C10930 is ~99.7% copper and ~0.05% phosphorus. Tensile strength is generally 240–300 MPa; the yield strength is 90–150 MPa; elongation is ~25–40%. Electrical conductivity is 85–92% IACS. Formability is high and remains so after moderate thermal exposure.
