Chung Metal Manufacturer & Suppliers in Da Nang, Vietnam, is a reputable supplier of Titanium Bars and Rods for numerous industrial uses. We provide the full spectrum of grades, such as commercially pure and alloyed titanium, produced under rigorous quality control. Our titanium bars come in round, square, hex, and custom shapes to satisfy project requirements in aerospace, marine, medical, and chemical industries. With leading-edge machining capability and a robust logistics infrastructure, Chung Metal provides reliable quality, timely delivery, and specialized technical support for titanium applications demanding strength, lightness, corrosion resistance, and high performance.
Titanium rods and bars are available in several grades such as CP Grades 1–4 and alloyed Grades 5, 7, 9, 11, etc. Composition ranges from unrestrained titanium (~99.5%) to alloys with aluminum, vanadium, palladium, nickel, and other additions. Mechanical properties range from tensile strengths of 240 MPa (Grade 1) up to 1000+ MPa (Grade 5), depending on yield strength and elongation of the grade. All have good strength-to-weight ratios, low density (~4.5 g/cm³), corrosion resistance, and thermal stability. They are amenable to forming, welding, and machining using specialized methods.

Titanium bars and rods are non-magnetic in their pure form. However, certain titanium alloys may exhibit slight magnetic properties, depending on the presence of other metals like iron or nickel.
Yes, titanium bars and rods can be customized in terms of size, shape, length, and surface finish. Custom options are available for specific applications or design requirements. For more details mail us on sales@chungmetal.com
Yes, titanium bars and rods can be recycled. Titanium is highly durable, and its recycling process involves melting and reprocessing scrap titanium into new products, preserving its properties and minimizing waste.
Titanium Bars and Rods find applications in aerospace (airframe components, landing gear), marine (propellers, marine rigging), and process industrial applications (heat exchangers, reactors). Medical sectors use them for orthopedic prostheses and surgical tools because of biocompatibility. Chemical industries depend on titanium for acid-resistant equipment such as tanks and piping. Titanium rods also find applications in sports equipment, building construction, and defense products where strength and durability without adding too much weight are important. Their resistance to corrosion in chemicals and seawater makes them suitable for desalination and offshore structures. Titanium rods can also be seen in additive manufacturing and 3D printing of high-performance parts.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
