Chung Metal exports Inconel X750 Bars and Rods, a high-strength precipitation-hardened alloy, from its Da Nang, Vietnam, facility. The alloy is specially made for long-term use in severe environments with high temperatures and mechanical stress. Inconel X750 provides outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking, oxidation, and creep. Chung Metal guarantees every product is precision-machined and heat-treated to aerospace, nuclear, and industrial specifications. Custom sizes are available for our X750 rods and bars that are used in mission-critical uses where material failure cannot be tolerated.
Inconel X750 consists of approximately 70% nickel, 15% chromium, 8% iron, and trace quantities of titanium and aluminum for precipitation hardening. It has tensile strength in excess of 1100 MPa and yield strength of approximately 800 MPa. The alloy is resistant to mechanical degradation up to temperatures of 704°C and has good corrosion and oxidation resistance, particularly in marine and heat-treated applications.
