Chung Metal manufactures and exports Stainless Steel 310 Hollow Bars for extreme temperature operations. Grade 310 is a high-alloy, austenitic stainless steel, produced at our state-of-the-art factory in Da Nang, Vietnam. With its high chromium and nickel composition, it offers excellent oxidation resistance and structural stability at high temperatures. 310 Stainless Steel has 24–26% chromium and 19–22% nickel content and has good oxidation resistance. It possesses good mechanical strength with tensile strength of approximately 520–750 MPa and yield strength of about 205 MPa. Elongation is about 40%. The alloy has a continuous service temperature of 1150°C and an intermittent exposure of 1035°C. It doesn’t lose its austenitic structure and doesn’t become magnetic even when stressed thermally. It has high creep resistance and high oxidation resistance, and thus it is dependable under heat.
