Chung Metal offers Stainless Steel 321H Hollow Bars, a titanium‑stabilized austenitic grade for use in sustained high temperature service. 321H takes the advantages of 321 and incorporates higher carbon for improved creep strength at high temperatures. Our hollow bars are produced to accurate chemistry, finish, and qualified quality. They are suitable for piping, exhaust components, and heat‑exposed structural components in chemical, petrochemical, aerospace and industrial furnace industries. Weight optimization and fabrication ease are improved with the hollow configuration.
SS 321H (UNS S32109) contains ~17‑19% chromium, ~9‑12% nickel, titanium as stabilizer for carbon, and increased carbon than 321 (≈0.04‑0.10%). Minor elements (Mn, Si). Provides tensile ~620‑725 MPa, yield ~275‑380 MPa, elongation ~30‑40%, superior oxidation resistance to ~816°C, good low‑temperature toughness. Increased carbon enhances strength at high temperature and creep resistance. Hollow structure provides favorable strength per weight ratios.

321H Hollow Bars find application in high temperature exhaust systems, expansion joints, chemical reactor piping, furnace tubes, and heat exchangers.
