Chung Metal produces and exports Stainless Steel 310 Bars and Rods, designed to function in high-temperature conditions. Grade 310 is a high-nickel, high-chromium austenitic stainless steel providing high oxidation resistance and strength when exposed to high temperatures. Manufactured in Da Nang, Vietnam, our 310 rods and bars come in round, hex, and square shapes. Our products satisfy international standards for applications in heat-resistant components like parts of furnaces, boilers, and petrochemical equipment. Chung Metal strictly maintains dimensional accuracy and metallurgical uniformity for their critical industrial uses.
310 has 24–26% chromium, 19–22% nickel, and carbon ≤ 0.25%. It has tensile strength of 520–750 MPa, yield strength approximately 205 MPa, and elongation ~40%. It is resistant to continuous service temperature up to 1150°C. The alloy is non-magnetic and maintains its structure and resistance to corrosion even under varying thermal conditions. It shows good performance in oxidizing and mildly reducing environments.
