Chung Metal Manufacturer & Suppliers in Da Nang provides Aluminium 5754 forgings, with superior corrosion resistance, medium strength, and formability. 5754 is an alloyed aluminium containing magnesium for frequent use in marine and structural uses. Our forging capacity enables the production of intricate shapes with high structural content and precise dimensionality. Every forging is confirmed through inspection and test certification. Having knowledge in aluminium metallurgy as well as forging, Chung Metal assists customers from the marine, automotive, and architectural markets looking for light, strong, and corrosion-resistant aluminium components with uniform quality.
Aluminium 5754 has ~3.0–3.5% magnesium, ~0.4% manganese, trace chromium, and the balance aluminium. In the annealed condition, has tensile strength ~210 MPa, yield strength ~110–145 MPa, elongation ~22–28%. The hardness is comparatively low (Hv ~60–80). Density ~2.67 g/cm³. The alloy is good for weldability, formability, fatigue strength, and also possesses excellent resistance to corrosion in marine and atmospheric surroundings.
